For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our registration process.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect data in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information collected automatically when you use our website, and information from third parties involved in payment processing.

Demographic fields (gender, country, city) are optional. You can register and participate fully without providing them. Where you choose to provide them, we use this data for internal analytics only (understanding our audience demographics) and never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or significant effects on you.

5. Third Parties We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share it only as described below:

Square (squareup.com): Payment processing. When you pay by card, you submit your card details directly to Square. We receive only the transaction confirmation and transaction ID. Square's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data: squareup.com/legal/privacy
Brevo (brevo.com): Email delivery. We use Brevo to send transactional and newsletter emails. Brevo processes your name and email address for this purpose. Brevo's privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy
Google (Google Apps Script, Google Sheets): We store registration data in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script. Google processes your data as a data processor under our instructions. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Cloudflare: DNS, email routing, and website security. Cloudflare processes connection-level data (IP addresses, request metadata) to operate our email routing and protect the site. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Meta (Facebook/Instagram): If you interact with our paid advertising, the Meta Pixel on our site collects limited browser and behavioral data to measure ad performance. You can opt out via your Meta ad preferences. Meta's data policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy
Zoom: Live session delivery. When you attend a live session on Zoom, Zoom's own privacy policy governs the data they collect. Zoom's privacy policy: explore.zoom.us/en/privacy
Netlify: Website hosting. Netlify processes connection-level data to host and serve our website. Netlify's privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy

We require all third-party service providers to maintain appropriate security standards for your data. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

6. International Data Transfers

The AI Money Labs is based in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your home country.

For users in the EU and UK: we rely on your consent to the transfer (provided when you register), and we require our processors (including Google, Brevo, and Square) to maintain appropriate safeguards. Several of our processors participate in data transfer frameworks approved under applicable law.

By registering for a program or submitting your data through our website, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer.

7. Data Retention

When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal obligations (see Section 9).

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. We use a cookie consent banner to obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

13. Children's Privacy

The AI Money Labs is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
