References to "we," "us," "our," and "The AI Money Labs" in these Terms refer to this entity and its operator.
The AI Money Labs offers live, online instructional bootcamps delivered via Zoom that teach practical AI income skills. These are educational programs, not financial products, investment vehicles, or guaranteed income programs.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register for any program offered by The AI Money Labs. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The AI Money Labs is open to participants regardless of gender, race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability status, or background. We actively welcome participants from underrepresented communities.
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with any local laws or regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
Registration is complete only when your deposit payment is successfully processed through our Square payment system. A registration confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.
We offer three registration tiers:
Payment is processed in US dollars via Square. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable deposit amount at the time of registration. You further authorize us, where applicable, to issue charges or process payments for the balance due amount when instructed to do so by you.
We do not store your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Square, which is PCI DSS compliant.
The deposit reserves your seat in your chosen cohort and covers administrative, scheduling, and instructor costs that are incurred immediately upon registration.
If you are concerned about your ability to attend, we encourage you to register for a cohort date that gives you sufficient lead time. You may request a cohort transfer (subject to availability) by contacting us at support@theaimoneylabs.com at least 7 days before your scheduled Day 1. Cohort transfers are a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
For the 3-Session Track and Full Intensive tiers, a balance remains due after your initial deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before your scheduled Day 1 date.
If your balance is not received by the 48-hour deadline, your seat may be released to the next person on the waiting list and your registration may be cancelled. In this event, your deposit is still non-refundable.
We will send you at least one reminder email and, where you have provided a WhatsApp number, a WhatsApp reminder before the balance due date. It is your responsibility to ensure your balance is paid on time regardless of whether you receive a reminder.
Balance payments are accepted via WhatsApp arrangement or by emailing support@theaimoneylabs.com. We will provide payment instructions upon request.
The non-refundable deposit is never eligible for refund. For the balance portion of your payment only, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of The AI Money Labs in the following circumstances:
Refund requests for balance payments must be submitted in writing to support@theaimoneylabs.com within 14 days of your scheduled cohort date. Approved refunds are processed through Square and typically appear within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Choosing not to attend, dissatisfaction with content, or post-bootcamp performance outcomes are not grounds for a refund of any amount.
All live sessions are recorded. Recordings are delivered to registered participants via email within 24 hours of each session's conclusion. Recordings are provided for personal review only and may not be shared, redistributed, published, or used for commercial purposes.
By attending a live session, you acknowledge that the session is being recorded and consent to your participation being captured in that recording. If you do not consent to being recorded, you must not join the live session with your audio or video enabled.
Recordings are made available to participants who paid for the relevant sessions. Access to recordings does not extend beyond the tier purchased.
The AI Money Labs may, at its discretion, issue voucher codes that allow eligible individuals to register for one or more sessions at no cost. Voucher codes are:
Voucher holders are subject to all other terms of these Terms and Conditions, including the Code of Conduct, recording policy, and intellectual property terms. Vouchers have no cash value and may not be exchanged for money or a credit.
The AI Money Labs offers three recurring cohort patterns each week: Cohort A (Monday and Tuesday), Cohort B (Wednesday and Thursday), and Cohort C (Friday and Saturday). All sessions are conducted live via Zoom at the times published on our website.
We reserve the right to reschedule a session due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a reschedule, we will notify all affected participants by email as promptly as possible and provide a new session date. Participants who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a cohort transfer at no additional cost.
We do not guarantee a minimum number of participants per cohort. Sessions will be delivered regardless of cohort size.
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. The following behaviors may result in immediate suspension from a session and subsequent removal from the program with no refund:
Suspensions and terminations are logged and are final. Suspended participants forfeit their deposits and any balance payments made.
We reserve the right to terminate a participant's access to The AI Money Labs at any time, with or without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful to our community, staff, or reputation.
Upon termination, all access to sessions, recordings, and community platforms is revoked. No refund of any amount paid is provided upon termination for cause.
All content created by and for The AI Money Labs, including but not limited to session recordings, instructional materials, slide decks, templates, frameworks, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of The AI Money Labs and its operator.
Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided during a program for their own personal and professional development. This license does not permit:

Individual results depend entirely on your own effort, skill development, market conditions, geographic location, the time you invest, and many other factors outside our control. The AI Money Labs provides education and community. What you do with that education is entirely your responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The AI Money Labs and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in any program, your use of this website, or your reliance on any information provided.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or any program shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific program that gave rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The AI Money Labs, its operator, affiliates, instructors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your participation in our programs, or your use of this website.
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We collect the information you provide during registration, including your name, email address, phone number, and optional demographic information. We use this information to manage your registration, deliver the program, and send you relevant communications.
By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your registration, including confirmation emails, balance due reminders, cohort reminder emails, and Zoom link delivery. These communications are part of the service and you cannot opt out of them while you are a registered participant.
If you subscribe to our weekly newsletter separately, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
We may send you WhatsApp messages to the number you provide at registration, including reminders and support communications. You may opt out of WhatsApp communications by notifying us at support@theaimoneylabs.com.
We encourage you to contact us first at support@theaimoneylabs.com for any concern or complaint. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any program shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Fairfax County, Virginia, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against The AI Money Labs. This waiver does not apply to claims that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 18, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction covered by the General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR, you have specific rights regarding your personal data, including:
Our lawful basis for processing your data as a registered participant is the performance of a contract (your registration). For newsletter subscribers, our lawful basis is your consent.

Personal data of EU and UK residents is transferred to and processed in the United States. By registering, you acknowledge this transfer. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including reliance on the consent of the data subject where applicable.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered participants by email.
